Our menu respect local
gastronomic traditions and offers dishes such us home made
pasta, mushrooms and truffles, salamis and cheeses, and in the
winter months polenta with game sauce. As an accompaniment to
all our dishes we recommend Tuscan red wine from Montalcino,
produced by il "Poggione" vineyardin Sant'Angelo in Colle.
Mushrooms and meat roasted on the spit are two items never
absent from our menu and wich we recommend to those guests
who appreciate dishes that are both refined and tasty.All our
beef comes from local Chianina cattle who graze on the
sorrounding meadows and whose meat is renowed throughout Italy.
Our aim is to give the best
